How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on which warehouse the item ships from. We email your tracking number when the parcel ships, and the tracking link shows the carrier's estimate.
Are the deals real?
Yes. A deal price is a real reduction from the price we charge the rest of the time, and the timer ends when the deal ends.
How do discount codes work?
Codes take a percentage or a fixed amount off items that aren't already on a deal. They don't stack with multi-buy; the cart applies whichever saves you more.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number when the parcel ships. You can also enter your order number on the Track order page.
Can I return something?
See the Returns page. If you are in the EU or UK, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery by law.
How can I pay?
With PayPal, or any debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.
How do sizes run?
Sizes on supplier products often run small. If you are between sizes, consider the larger one.
